"I have cherished music and dance throughout my whole life. During the pandemic, I practiced line dancing, Latin dancing, grooving, and belly dancing with the dream of opening a dance studio in Muskoka to bring joy and self-acceptance to other women.Dance is my outlet for stress relief, and it has given me the confidence to explore new horizons and embrace my inner beauty. I also teach Belly Dancing, Line Dancing, Callanetics, Qigong & Rebounding.
I'm now on a mission to empower women through creative dance and celebrate their strength and beauty.

"Exploring ways to enhance my well-being during my university years, my doctor recommended yoga to help manage stress. This initial introduction sparked a decade-long journey of yoga practice. I've found in yoga an escape from the relentless demands of life, allowing me to focus on breath and movement. Over time, it has become an indispensable part of my daily life. In 2017, I took the step to become a certified yoga instructor, as I believe yoga goes beyond exercise—it's a means to reconnect the body, mind, and breath. Through yoga, we can nurture a profound relationship with our bodies and push our boundaries. My joy is in guiding students to achieve these connections with themselves. Let's embark on a journey to find presence and release the weight of a busy mind together." -

PILATES INSTRUCTOR
"I first discovered my love for movement through dance at 8 years old. It was through my dance studio that I was first introduced to the art of Pilates and it became an integral part of my dance training.
Years later, after sustaining a significant injury I found my way back to Pilates and began to use it to recover and gain my strength back. It wasn’t long before my delight in movement and natural talents as a teacher shone through and I began to get requests to teach Pilates.
After over a decade of personal practice, I completed my teacher training in both Classical Pilates as well as Reformer Pilates. I am passionate about inspiring and guiding others not only to a more balanced stronger self but also to a greater connection with the movement of their own body."

ZUMBA INSTRUCTOR
"I’m a lifelong gym rat and dance fanatic. I started in my parents basement and moved on to 20 minute workout, Dancercize, Jazzercize, Step Aerobics, Aerobics, Zumba, and Line Dancing.
If there is music, I’m dancing.
I am a certified Zumba and Zumba Strong instructor. I became a Zumba instructor because I couldn’t find enough Zumba classes in my area. I’ve added some toning now to round out the experience.Come join me to move and sing and party!"
