Classes are $20 each plus tax, or BLOOM into Savings with our 5, 10, 15, and unlimited month Class Packages!

YOGA

  • In our Yoga classes, you will improve your posture, flexibility, strength, balance and psychological well-being.

    Bring your body and mind together with the three main elements of Yoga – movement, breathing and meditation.

    We have a variety of Yoga classes:

    Restorative- Supported and passive postures to release mind- body tension.

    Slow Flow- Slow and intentional practice moving through postures.

    Deep Flow- Deeper stretching and slightly faster and more fluid movement.

    Vinyasa- connecting breath to movement creating a continuous flow of postures and faster paced.

    Wind Down Yoga- A combination of soft stretching and restorative postures to help you decompress from the day.

    Energizing Flow Yoga- A yoga flow to fire up the body and tone muscles in an intentional and connected way.

REBOUNDING

  • Rebounding, also called Rebound, Bouncing and Trampolining, is fun and offers a full body workout that’s not only effective, but also low-impact on your joints.  Each class, you will work on strengthening your legs, core and arms while also reaping the benefits of cardio through bouncing. 

    De-Stress and Enhance Happiness 

    Light bouncing can increase blood flow to underused muscles and loosen and release overused ones, plus it helps the body release endorphins (your brain’s natural calming aid, they make us feel good).  

    Full Body Engagement with an Emphasis on Legs & Core 

    Rebounding is effective for toning and shaping your legs, thighs and buttocks. Bouncing also engages your arms, shoulders, erector spinae (muscles along the spine), and small stabilization muscles throughout the body.  

    Low Impact, High Results, Maximum Fun 

    This low-impact activity elevates your heart rate and targets key muscle groups.

    When you think of the pelvic floor, you may immediately think of pregnancy or the postpartum period. Pelvic floor strength is crucial in those times, but also for core stability, supporting posture, sexual function, bladder control, and even supporting organ function.  

BELLY DANCING

  • Belly Dancing is beautiful and empowering! Learn to “Belly Dance from the Heart Method” with Nickie.

    The focus of these classes is to bring Belly Dance to the everyday woman; for fun, for light fitness, and for joy. Belly Dance puts us in touch with the truth that every woman is beautiful and does so in a fun way to bring a magical feeling to your heart! Belly Dancing is for women of all ages and of all sizes. Women sign up for Belly Dancing to get fit, to lose weight, to build their self-confidence, to feel beautiful, or simply…to try something new!

    Belly Dancing is the expressive art of demonstrating the feminine side of each woman where their strength, beauty, and creativity are shown through flowing, sinuous, and staccato movements.

STRETCH & GO

  • Join us for Stretch and Go, a revitalizing class designed to enhance flexibility, tone your muscles, and improve your range of motion. This gentle yet effective session is perfect for all fitness levels, offering a blend of stretching and toning exercises that leave you feeling refreshed and energized.

CALLANETICS

  • In this class, you will exercise the deeper muscles involving frequent repetition of small muscular movements and squeezes, designed to improve muscle tone.

    These small but precise movements will lead to improved posture, which may result in the appearance of weight loss even if very little weight was lost.

    Come enjoy the incredible results of doing these simple and focused exercises.

SUSPENSION YOGA

  • Suspension Yoga elevates the traditional practice using the Yogi Gym; not only to take flight with our asana but also utilize it as the ultimate prop. Suspension Yoga offers a relaxing yet energizing practice with inversions and aerial poses in a way that leaves you feeling elevated after your class. With the Yogi Gym we get into those deep stretches while being fully supported and come to the level of depth that is exactly right for your body. 

    In our Strength with Suspension Yoga class, we use the Yogi Gym to intentionally tone and strengthen the muscles while incorporating yoga poses to reset and decompress. This strengthening class is a gentler approach to working out our muscles with intention and mindfulness.

LINE DANCING

  • Get ready to move, groove, and have fun with our Line Dancing class! Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned dancer, this class offers easy-to-follow steps.

    Line dancing is a great way to boost your fitness, improve coordination, and enjoy a social, supportive environment. No partner needed—just bring your enthusiasm and let the rhythm guide you!

SEATED CHAIR DANCING

  • Available off site... We come to you!

    These seated exercises and chair dance workouts are designed for seniors & active agers or for anyone with mobility issues who require seated workouts. 

    Come exercise or sing along to the best OLDIES songs as music is especially beneficial for those with dementia or memory loss.  For others who are limited in their physical activities and can’t dance along, they are encouraged to clap, toe-tap or sing along to their favourite songs.

    Dancing and exercises have a positive effect on both physical and psychological well-being.  These classes are all about having fun and enjoying the OLDIES songs together.

QIGONG

  • The word Qigong (pronounced “chee gong”) is a combination of two ideas: “Qi” means air, the breath of life, or vital energy of the body, and “gong” means the skill of working with, or cultivating self-discipline and achievement.  The art of Qigong consists primarily of meditation, relaxation, physical movement, mind-body integration, and breathing exercises.  Nickie will lead you through 24 Postures – Therapeutic Qigong where the focus of the postures follows the human spine, the nervous system, the neck, shoulders, back, lower limbs, & feet.  There are many benefits Qigong has to offer including reduction of stress, of chronic inflammation, and pain, plus a boosted immune response, an increase of energy, and much more.  Qigong will impact your health in a positive way and you will feel its benefits.

PILATES

  • Pilates can improve muscle tone, flexibility and strength, as well as help you heal from injuries. Some of the principles that guide the Pilates method include concentration on each movement, use of the abdomen and low back muscles, flowing, precise movement patterns and controlled breathing.

    Pilates is a form of strength training which focuses more on improving muscle tone than building muscles, but the result is similar: greater stability and endurance.

    BENEFITS OF PILATES:

    Pain Relief - The benefits of Pilates are both therapeutic and preventive. The practice may help you recover from an existing injury or manage a chronic musculoskeletal issue. ZUMBA

  • Zumba® is an interval-style dance fitness party that combines low-intensity and high-intensity moves.  You'll burn lots of calories as you move to the rhythm with Latin-inspired dance moves.  

    This high-energy dance class features intervals that help improve cardiovascular fitness while also enhancing balance, coordination, agility, and to some degree, strength through the application of beginner-accessible choreography.  

    Zumba® can also reduce stress and can be healthy for the body and a fun sport that is suitable for those of you who like to dance.  You don't need special dance skills to have a great time in Zumba® class.  The best part of it all is that it doesn't even feel like exercise!
