Are you ready to harness the power of Qi? The art of Qigong consists primarily of meditation, relaxation, physical movement, mind-body integration, and breathing exercises.
Nickie will lead you through 24 Postures – Therapeutic Qigong where the focus of the postures follows the human spine, the nervous system, the neck, shoulders, back, lower limbs, & feet. What to expect:
- Daily videos in our Facebook Private Qigong Group.
- Free morning Qigong classes in the studio – Monday to Friday at 9:30am.
Schedule:
- Days 1 to 9: 8 days of Upper Body Postures then 7 min Stress Reduction Qigong on Day 9.
- Days 10 to 18: 8 days of Middle Body Postures then 7 min Stress Reduction Qigong on Day 18.
- Days 19 to 27: 8 days of Lower Body Postures then 7 min Stress Reduction Qigong on Day 26.
- Day 28: Warmups / Cool downs
- Day 29 to 30: Qigong - 24 Therapeutic Postures
