Classes will be cancelled 2 hours before class begins if we don’t have a minimum of 2 persons registered.

Reserve Your Space!

Women signing up for our classes want to get fit, lose weight, build self-confidence, make new friendships, feel beautiful, or simply try something new! 

There is limited space available in each class and you MUST reserve without delay.  If you want to join us for a class, you must choose the date and time of the class and make an appointment to reserve your spot. 

If you are unable to attend a class, you must cancel your appointment at least 3 hours prior to class start time. 

Participants who want to DROP IN must reserve their spot (pending availability) prior to coming to the class.

Leggings or yoga pants, T-Shirt 
& Indoor shoes for dancing and/or Qigong

For Belly Dancing.

Hip scarf - Belly dancing without the hip scarf is a bit like tap dancing without the shoes... you may purchase a sequins hip scarf during our classes.

We generally dance in bare feet but you can wear foot thongs – or you may purchase slipper socks. 

For Yoga / Callanetics / Pilates.
